Coaching Session Policy & Guidelines

This Coaching Session Policy governs your participation in all coaching programs (“Programs”) offered by ProEdge Life Coaching (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling in any of our Programs, you agree to comply with this Coaching Session Policy, which outlines the rights and responsibilities of both parties.

1. Program Overview

The Programs provided by ProEdge Life Coaching are designed to improve productivity, accountability, time management, and other related skills. Each Program includes scheduled coaching sessions and personalized mentoring, as detailed on our website or communicated directly to you upon enrollment.

2. Session Rules

a) Scheduling

Coaching sessions are scheduled at mutually agreed times, confirmed at the beginning of the Program.

b) Duration

Sessions typically last between 30 to 45 minutes, with optional extensions up to 60 minutes in special circumstances.

3. Attendance and Notifications

a) Rescheduling

• Provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a session.

• Late cancellations result in forfeiture of that session.

• Sessions cannot be rescheduled more than once.

b) Postponement Limits

• 1-month Program: 1 session may be postponed

• 2-month Program: Up to 3 sessions may be postponed

• 3-month Program: Up to 4 sessions may be postponed

• Requests beyond these limits will not be accepted; sessions will be marked as completed.

c) Lateness

Inform the coach in advance if you expect to be late. If accommodations cannot be made, the session will be forfeited.

d) Initial Session Booking

You must schedule and complete your first session within 7 days of purchase. Failure to do so results in forfeiture of the first session.

e) Consecutive Missed Bookings

If no sessions are scheduled or attended for 2 consecutive weeks without communication, all remaining sessions will be forfeited.

f) Emergency Pause

You may pause the Program for emergencies (up to 3 weeks) by paying a 35% holding fee based on the original Program price. Unpaid pauses will lead to forfeiture of the paused session.

g) Ghosting

If you are unresponsive for 7 consecutive days without prior notice, it will be considered “ghosting.” The coach reserves the right to terminate the agreement and forfeit any remaining sessions.

h) Attendance Confirmation

You must confirm your attendance upon receiving session reminder emails. Unconfirmed sessions may be forfeited.

4. Program Commitment

By enrolling in a Program, you acknowledge the importance of adhering to this Coaching Session Policy. These rules exist to protect your investment, respect the coach’s time, and support your long-term growth.

5. Termination Policy

We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Program for:

• Repeated failure to follow session rules

• Disruptive behavior

• Violation of this Coaching Session Policy

6. Modification of Policy

ProEdge Life Coaching reserves the right to revise this Coaching Session Policy at any time. Updates will be communicated to active clients. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Policy Agreement

By participating in any coaching service offered by ProEdge Life Coaching, you agree to follow this Coaching Session Policy in full. These guidelines are designed to ensure a professional, productive, and respectful coaching experience for all clients.
