This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling for services provided by ProEdge Life Coaching through our website, https://productivitylifecoach.com. By engaging with our services, you agree to abide by the terms set forth in this policy.
Client-Initiated Cancellations:
Clients may cancel or reschedule a coaching session by providing a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. If this notice is given, the session can be rescheduled without any penalty.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable and not eligible for rescheduling, except in cases of emergencies as determined at the discretion of ProEdge Life Coaching.
Coach-Initiated Cancellations:
In the rare case that ProEdge Life Coaching must cancel a session, clients will be offered the choice to reschedule or receive a full refund for the canceled session.
b. Group Coaching and Workshops
Refunds for multi-session packages are available under the following conditions:
If cancellation is requested before the first session, a full refund will be provided, minus applicable transaction fees.
If cancellation is requested after the first session, a pro-rata refund will be issued. This will deduct the cost of used sessions and a 10% administrative fee.
Refunds for group sessions and workshops follow the cancellation notice periods outlined above. No refunds will be granted for partial attendance or no-shows.
The following products and services are non-refundable under any circumstances:
Downloadable digital products (eBooks, templates, worksheets)
Services or coaching sessions that have already been completed
Promotional or discounted services and offers
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
Submit your request in writing via email to contact@productivitylifecoach.com with the subject line “Refund Request.”
Include your full name, contact information, purchase details, and a brief explanation for your request.
Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days, and you will be notified via email of the decision.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited to the original method of payment.
Clients who fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will forfeit the session. No refunds or rescheduling options will be provided in these cases. Multiple no-shows may lead to termination of the coaching agreement.
All coaching packages must be used within their stated validity period (e.g., 1-month or 3-month durations). It is the client’s responsibility to schedule sessions within that timeframe. Extensions may be granted at the coach’s discretion.
