Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing cancellations and refunds for services provided by ProEdge Life Coaching through our website, https://productivitylifecoach.com/. By engaging with our services, you agree to abide by this policy.

1. Cancellation Policy

a. One-on-One Coaching Sessions

Client-Initiated Cancellations:

  1. Clients may cancel or reschedule a session by providing a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within this time frame will be eligible for rescheduling without penalty.
  2. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable and not eligible for rescheduling, except in cases of emergencies at the discretion of ProEdge Life Coaching.

Coach-Initiated Cancellations:

In the unlikely event that ProEdge Life Coaching cancels a session, clients will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund for the canceled session.

b. Group Coaching and Workshops

  1. Cancellations for group coaching or workshops must be made at least 3 days prior to the scheduled start date to be eligible for a full refund.
  2. Cancellations made less than 3 days prior to the start date are non-refundable but may be eligible for rescheduling to a future session or workshop.

2. Refund Policy

a. One-on-One Coaching Packages

Refunds for multi-session packages are permitted under the following conditions:

  1. If the client requests a cancellation prior to the first session, a full refund will be issued, minus transaction fees.
  2. For cancellations after the first session, refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, deducting the cost of completed sessions and a 10% administrative fee.

b. Group Coaching and Workshops

  1. Refunds for group coaching and workshops are subject to the cancellation notice periods outlined above.
  2. No refunds will be issued for partial attendance or no-shows.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  1. Downloadable digital products, including eBooks, templates, and worksheets.
  2. Services rendered or sessions already completed.
  3. Promotional or discounted services.

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit your refund request in writing via email to contact@productivitylifecoach.com with the subject line “Refund Request.”
  2. Include your full name, contact information, purchase details, and the reason for the refund request.
  3. Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days of receipt, and you will be notified of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited to the original payment
method.

5. Disputes
