This Cancellation and Refund Policy (the “Policy”) governs the cancellation, rescheduling, and refund of services provided by ProEdge Life Coaching (“the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through the website productivitylifecoach.com (the “Website”). By booking, purchasing, or otherwise engaging the Company’s services (the “Services”), the client (“you” or “the Client”) acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms of this Policy. Nothing in this Policy shall limit or exclude any statutory rights afforded to the Client under applicable consumer protection law, as set out in Section 4.
1.1 One-on-One Coaching Sessions. The Client may cancel or reschedule a scheduled coaching session by providing the Company with no less than forty-eight (48) hours’ prior notice, in which case the session shall be rescheduled without penalty. Cancellations made less than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled session shall be non-refundable and ineligible for rescheduling, save in cases of genuine emergency, the determination of which shall rest with the Company at its sole discretion.
1.2 Company-Initiated Cancellations. In the event that the Company cancels a scheduled session, the Client shall be entitled, at the Client’s election, either to reschedule the session or to receive a full refund in respect of the cancelled session.
1.3 Group Coaching and Workshops. Cancellations in respect of group coaching sessions or workshops must be made no less than three (3) days prior to the scheduled commencement date to qualify for a full refund. Cancellations made less than three (3) days prior to the commencement date shall be non-refundable but may, at the Company’s discretion, be eligible for rescheduling to a future session or workshop.
2.1 Fifteen-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Only one-on-one coaching package (including the Starter, Growth, and Mastery Plans) carries a fifteen (15) day money-back guarantee. If, within fifteen (15) calendar days of the date of purchase, the Client is not satisfied with the Services, the Client may request a full refund of the amount paid, without the need to state a reason. This guarantee applies notwithstanding the Client’s attendance at any sessions delivered within the said fifteen (15) day period.
2.2 Eligibility. The money-back guarantee set out in Section 2.1 is available once per Client and applies only to first-time clients who have not previously purchased or participated in the Company’s coaching Services.
2.3 Refunds After the Guarantee Period. Where cancellation of a multi-session package is requested after the expiry of the fifteen (15) day period referred to in Section 2.1, the Company shall issue a pro-rata refund in respect of unused sessions, calculated by deducting from the amount paid (a) the value of all sessions already delivered, charged at the Company’s standard per-session rate, and (b) a ten percent (10%) administrative fee. No refund shall be payable where all sessions in the package have been delivered.
2.4 Group Coaching and Workshops. Refunds in respect of group coaching sessions and workshops shall be governed by the cancellation notice periods set out in Section 1.3. No refund shall be granted in respect of partial attendance or non-attendance.
2.5 Method and Currency. Approved refunds shall be processed in accordance with Section 7 and issued to the Client’s original method of payment, in the original currency of the transaction. Any deduction for payment-processing fees, where applicable, shall be limited to refunds issued under Section 2.3.
Save as otherwise required by applicable law (see Section 4) or provided under the guarantee in Section 2.1, the following Services and products are non-refundable:
(a) downloadable digital products, including eBooks, templates, and worksheets, once accessed or downloaded;
(b) coaching sessions that have already been delivered; and
(c) promotional, bundled, or discounted Services.
This Policy shall not operate to exclude, restrict, or override any non-waivable rights conferred upon the Client under the consumer protection laws of the Client’s jurisdiction.
Where the Client is a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the Client may be entitled to a statutory cooling-off period of fourteen (14) days in respect of online purchases. In respect of digital content accessed or downloaded immediately, such right shall lapse once the Client has commenced accessing the content, where the Client has expressly consented to such commencement. In respect of Services commenced at the Client’s request within the cooling-off period, the Client may exercise the right to cancel, provided that the Company may charge a proportionate sum in respect of Services already delivered. The Company’s fifteen (15) day money-back guarantee under Section 2.1 meets or exceeds this statutory minimum.
To the extent that any statutory right applies, such right shall prevail over the terms of this Policy.
A Client who fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice shall forfeit that session, and no refund or rescheduling shall be provided. Repeated instances of non-attendance may, at the Company’s discretion, result in termination of the coaching engagement.
All coaching packages must be utilized within their stated validity period (by way of example, one (1) month or three (3) months from the date of purchase). The Client bears sole responsibility for scheduling sessions within the applicable period. Extensions may be granted at the Company’s sole discretion.
A Client seeking a refund shall:
(a) submit a written request to contact@productivitylifecoach.com bearing the subject line “Refund Request”;
(b) include the Client’s full name, contact details, particulars of the relevant purchase, and a brief statement of the grounds for the request;
(c) note that the Company shall review such request within seven (7) business days and shall notify the Client of its determination by email; and
(d) where a refund is approved, expect the refund to be processed within ten (10) business days to the original method of payment, subject to additional processing time that may be imposed by the Client’s bank or payment provider.
In the event of any concern regarding a charge, the Client agrees to contact the Company in the first instance to seek resolution under this Policy prior to initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with the Client’s bank or payment provider. The Company undertakes to address any bona fide concern promptly and in good faith.
Any concern or dispute arising in connection with a cancellation or refund shall be directed to the Company at contact@productivitylifecoach.com. The Company shall endeavor to resolve all such matters promptly and equitably.
The Company reserves the right to amend or update this Policy from time to time. Any such amendment shall apply prospectively to purchases made after the effective date of the amendment and shall not affect the refund terms applicable to Services already purchased. The Company shall revise the “Effective Date” above accordingly, and the Client is encouraged to review this Policy periodically.
