Coaching session Terms & Conditions

These Coaching Session Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in any coaching programs (“Programs”) offered by ProEdge Life Coaching (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling in any of our Programs, you agree to comply with these Terms, which outline the rights and responsibilities of both parties.
1. Program Description
The Programs offered by ProEdge Life Coaching are designed to provide coaching and mentoring tailored to improve productivity, accountability, time management, and other related skills. Each Program includes scheduled coaching sessions and activities as detailed on our Website or communicated directly to you upon enrollment.
2. Session Rules
a) Scheduling: Coaching sessions are conducted at a mutually agreed day and time, established at the start of the Program.
b) Duration: Each session will last between 30-45 minutes, with the option to extend up to 60 minutes in exceptional cases, subject to mutual agreement.
3. Attendance and Notification
a) Rescheduling:
- Participants must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a session.
- Failure to provide such notice results in forfeiture of the session.
- Rescheduling the same session more than once is not permitted.
b) Postponement Limitation:
- For Programs spanning one month (4 weeks), participants may postpone one session.
- For Programs spanning two months (8 weeks), participants may postpone up to three sessions.
- For Programs spanning three months (12 weeks), participants may postpone up to four sessions.
- Requests for rescheduling beyond these limits will not be entertained, and the session will be marked as completed.
c) Lateness:
- Participants anticipating lateness must inform the Coach in advance.
- Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate lateness, but if unfeasible, the session will be forfeited.
d) Initial Session Booking:
- The initial session must be scheduled and conducted within 7 days of purchase.
- Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the first session.
e) Consecutive Missed Bookings:
- Failure to schedule or attend sessions for two consecutive weeks without communication will result in forfeiture of all remaining sessions.
f) Emergency Pause:
- Participants may pause sessions for emergencies, up to 3 weeks, by paying a 35% fee based on the original Program price.
- Failure to pay the fee within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the paused session.
g) Ghosting:
- Unresponsiveness for 7 consecutive days without prior notice constitutes “ghosting.”
- The Coach may terminate the agreement, and all remaining sessions will be forfeited.
h) Attendance Confirmation:
- Participants must confirm attendance upon receiving the session reminder email.
- Failure to confirm may result in the session being considered forfeited.
4. Program Commitment
By enrolling in a Program, you acknowledge the importance of adhering to these Terms, particularly the scheduling and attendance rules. These measures ensure the Program’s effective operation and your success. ProEdge Life Coaching is committed to helping you achieve your goals to the best of our ability.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Program for the following reasons:
a) Repeated failure to adhere to scheduling and attendance rules.
b) Engagement in disruptive behavior or violation of these Terms.
6. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you, and your continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
